Returns & Exchange
Free shipping from 50 Euro (only Netherlands and Belgium)
Godly Jewels will not charge any shipping costs for orders of 50 Euro and up. Your order will be packaged neatly and shipped insured so you are guaranteed that it will arrive in good condition. The delivery time partially depends on the size of your order and any special wishes; however, we strive for a delivery time within 2-5 working days for products in stock.
1. Approval period & returns policy:
There is an approval period of 7 days from the after delivery for Godly Jewels orders. You are free to view the product, assess and/or try the item within this period unless stated otherwise.
Please check if the item has been delivered to you undamaged and in full immediately after receiving it. If this is not the case, we request that you contact us as soon as possible to report this.
Note! You need to notify us by e-mail within 24 hours of the items you wish to exchange
If you are unsatifised with the item, then you can return it. You can return the item:
- within the 7-day approval period
- if the item is complete
- in the original state and Godly Jewels packaging – in so far it is possible
- by registered post (signature for receipt) through a delivery service, PostNL for example. This is not mandatory according to the general terms and conditions of Thuiswinkel as the responsibility of shipping lies with you. However, in our experience, it is better to send a return package by registered post as it is rare that a package is lost by PostNL (or other delivery services). If you send a package by registered post, then you are insured against it getting lost and you will receive remuneration from PostNL should a package still be lost.
Some items cannot be returned. This concerns:
- Products that have been made especially on request, such as dream catchers & name tags
- Custom-made products
- Ear rings, due to hygiene

2. Returning/exchanging process:
In order to process your exchange or returns as good and fast as possible, we request that you follow the process below:
Contact us through email@example.com to indicate whether you wish to exchange the item, have it repaired or if you wish to have the purchase amount back. Returns will always first be assessed by the returns department to see whether it is actually possible to return the item.
We request that you send the package containing the product by registered post (signature upon receipt) to:

We advise you to send the package by registered post (signature upon receipt) with respect to lost packages or damage.
If you return a package to us by registered post, then there is no need for additional insurance.
The return shipments will be processed assessed in order of arrival and you will be kept informed on the status. Your purchase amount including any original shipping costs will be paid back within 7 days. However, in most cases this will be faster.

3. Free promotional items
Free items received because of a Godly Jewels promotion can also be returned to use via a returns shipment (you can keep the product in case of an exchange).
If you wish to keep the free product in case of returning, then you will be charged (value of the product). General terms and conditions (Article 6.4)
Exchanging an item for the same item in a different size or colour is considered to be a new order. You will return your old order within the approval period and will place a new order.
If an item needs to be exchanged due to a fault on our side or a defect, then the costs will naturally be paid by us.
